A study at the University of Charlottesville in Virginia found that
women actually enjoy masturbating during their period more than any other time of the month. Surprising, right? But, hey, whatever works.
It turns out that masturbating on your period will also help you feel happier and more at ease. Researchers at the University of Chicago found that women are more sexually aroused on their period and experience more sexual fantasies. And that likely means, after you rub one out, you’ll feel a lot more satisfied for the remainder of your period.
Of course, there’s quite a bit of stigma around periods, especially masturbating and periods, but that doesn’t mean you have take all that to heart.
